Responsibilities
- Clear and set up tables, chairs, linens, china, glass, and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner; greet guests, and provide water, bread, and butter service according to Four Seasons Standards to ensure superior service.
- Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
- Stock linens, china, glass, silver, and food items for service.
- Assist the Server in providing an expertly served dining experience
- Clearing and resetting tables according to standards
Special Requirements
- Strong guest service experience
