Job Description Summary
Responsible for driving technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls, process simplification, and operational excellence to deliver accurate actual financial reporting and analysis. Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team. Focused on execution of standard enabling activities/provision of advice subject to policy and work routines within an enabling discipline. There may be some latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing situations.
Required Qualifications
- University graduate with major in finance or accounting;
- Minimum 3 – 4 years of work experience in multi-national companies, GL experience is a must; Fluent in English, both written and speaking;
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to clearly communicate technical issues to all levels of managements;
- Proven ability to take initiatives for stronger compliance environment, efficiency improvement, and process standardization; ge medical careers
- Strong understanding of financial accounting processes;
- Experience with automation of reporting processes in a Oracle environment is a plus;
