Basic Qualifications
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Degree in a scientific discipline (BS, MS, PhD; MD preferred, MS/PhD in epidemiology preferred)
- 3 and/or more years experience in managing evidence generation activities, health economics and outcome research
- Deep knowledge of human research regulations ,GCP/ICH-guidelines and GSK SOP/POL/guidelines
- Project management experience
- Partner with the cross-functional team
- Ability to create and deploy impactful value propositions
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Absolute commitment to the highest ethical standards and accountability for individual actions
- Committed to delivering high quality results, overcoming challenges, focusing on execution
- Self-starter, proactive, patient-centric approach with vision to shape role
- Must possess a good understanding of healthcare environment
- Strong ability to develop timely and meaningful research protocols and study reports
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications
